Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• The Customer Care Representativeis responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, handling inquiries and concerns, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for all individuals who visit or contact the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Provide information about services offered, insurance coverage, and clinic policies.
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and follow-up on treatments.
• Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
• Assist with patient registration and update their information as needed.
• Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
• Collaborate with the clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
• Empathy and compassion for patients' needs and concerns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented.
