Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Care Representative to join our team. 
• You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and memorable experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-ins, inquiries, and complaints in a courteous manner
• Provide information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions
• Handle booking confirmations, cancellations, and special requests
• Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in the use of basic computer systems
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
