Job Description

  • Answering questions about a company'sservices.
  • Answering phone calls and emails.
  • Responding to clientquestions, and walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tool.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess maximum of an OND qualification from any relevant field of study with relevant work experience.
