Job Description

• We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent customer relation skills for the position of Customer Service Representative.
• The candidate will be responsible for providing hospitable customer services to guests.

Requirements

• The successful customer service representative must be persuasive and have tremendous patience when dealing with guests.
• Ability to accommodate guest's need with enthusiasm and poise.
• Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.  
• Good oral and written communication.
