Job Position: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data, ensuring efficient and effective customer relationship management.
• Assist the Sales/Marketing Head with back-end report generation and other administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing efforts.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain reports, analyze data, and support various business operations.
• Process sales orders and sales invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring smooth and efficient transaction handling.
• Actively participate in market-storming activities to promote the company's products and services, contributing to increased market presence.
• Engage with customers effectively, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the building materials or FMCG industry, preferably in the Tiles / Paints/Cement sectors.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for report generation and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• industry Preference: Building Materials/FMCG
• Relevant Industry Experience: Tiles/Paints/Cement Industry.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month
