Job Position: Customer Relationship Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Brief

  • Represent and sell the Company's products & services, specifically described as software development and ICT services in the geographic area of Nigerian states.
  • Accurately represent and state Company policies to all potential and existing customers.
  • Promptly mail in all leads and orders (new and existing) to the Company.
  • Inform your line supervisor, in due time, of all activities/problems concerning Company customers within the sales territory.
  • Maintain contact with the clients via telephone, e-mail, physical visit, or other agreed means of communication with reasonable frequency to discuss and win sales activities/contracts within the territory.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years experience.
