Tamak Logistics - We are an ingeniously owned private logistics firm. With a primary role of running same day deliveries within Lagos and on other times inter-state. We are fast transitioning to a digitally inclined business with a network of riders.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service & Engagement Officer
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Functions

• Replying & attending to all enquiries in a professional manner.
• Ensuring a smooth customer onboarding process.
• Proffer quick solutions to all complaints relating to our services.
• To ensure a 90% customer satisfaction & success rate on all orders daily.
• Constantly interacting with the graphics team on weekly content.
• Being actively involved in process improvements

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma
• Should have 0-1 year of work experience.
• Age required is between 22 years - 25 years old
• Ability to work under pressure & little supervision
• Smart & great communication ethics.
• Excellent oral & written skills.
• Great prowess in the art of damage control & service drive
• Good knowledge & use of excel & google drive.
• Prior experience with a dispatch company is an advantage.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 / month.
