We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Answering customer questions about products, services, and company policies, handling customer orders, returns, exchanges, and payments efficiently
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Preparation on Weekly and Monthly sales reports.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree, HND, NCE, OND qualification with 1 - 10 years of work experience.
