We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Welcome, greet and manage visitors/clients and provide solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, customer information and file documents
• Follow up and follow through with customers that have shown interest in some products
• Follow communication guidelines and policies
• Make videos of PORCH real estates and housing that are sales driven
• Engage and interact with third parties on marketing and strategies such as digital marketing bulk sms, email marketing, adverts and broadcasting
• Promote the brand and initiate conversations with followers and guests on social media platforms
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Other tasks assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is an added advantage
• Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS suite.
