Job Description

• The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all customer service operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, resolving complex customer issues, supervising the customer service team, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• The role ensures that the company delivers a consistent, professional, and customer-focused service experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of experience.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / Month.
