We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer / Cashier 

Job Locations: Okota, Victoria Island, Lekki, Sangotedo, Surulere, Festac and Yaba - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Ensure pricing is accurate.
• Issue receipts, and refunds.
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree.
• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales would be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarities with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS.
• Good accounting skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays as well as shifts

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 / month.
