Bons Industries Limited is a reputable food processing company is looking for the service of an experienced and professional food scientist that can formulate multiple spices for our food processing company.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer / Executive (Female) 
Job Location: Enugu

Responsibilities

• Maintaining expert knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies to offer accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Promptly and professionally answering customer questions via various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or in-person interactions.
• Assisting customers with orders, processing payments, coordinating returns, exchanges, or refunds, and making changes to customer accounts.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
