Jobvet Services - Our client, a reputable Restaurant located in Surulere, Lagos State, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 5Days On; 2Days off (Accommodation and Feeding Provided)

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive dining experience
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Take orders (in-person or via phone/online platforms where applicable)
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service
• Monitor customer satisfaction and report issues to management
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-10 years of experience.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / Month.
