By deploying our Mini Clinics to different area where people lack access to affordable healthcare, we are aiming to benefit more Nigerians and improve the overall medical situation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Customer Service for School Clinics and Mobile Clinics.
• Responsible for System Operation and apps?Data collection and feedback and daily system maintenance.
• Responsible for Office Administration; Attendance Record; Recruitment Assistance; Training and Induction of New Employees; Car Use Record.
• Responsible for Online registration review and question answering on the app.
• Responsible for Assisting Online Transfer of Payment by Patients; Approve Payment from Clinic and Office Staff.
• Responsible for Online Platform Promotion for the Company.
• Any other duties when needed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 10 years of work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N250,000 monthly.
