We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / OND
• 1-3 years of experience.
• The interested candidate must have background experience in a dispatch delivery logistics company.
• The interested candidate must have the right attitude to follow up on both Lagos and inter-state orders and customers
• The right candidate must be able to give daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• The interested candidate must have analytical skills
• The interested candidate must have background experience of solving issues related to customers and riders.
• The interested candidate must be ready to resume work immediately
• The interested candidate must live around Abule egba, iyana ipaja and it environment.
• Working days Monday - Saturday,7:30-6 pm.
