The Eye Doctor's began operations in 2004 but opened its doors to our first client on 15th of February 2005, between then and December 2018 we have seen about 35,000 patients/clients. Our vision is to provide ophthalmic and optical services of the highest international standard. We offer comprehensive eye care services and are proud to say we are the eye clinic of choice for several multi-national and local companies and organizations. A sizeable amount of our referrals were generated by our existing clients, which is a testament to their level of satisfaction. We provide ophthalmic medical, surgical, optical as well as community eye care services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Communicating promptly, courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
• Welcome, register, and check in patients.
• Make patients appointments, Confirm patient’s appointments.
• Prepare and file medical records
• Maintain an orderly work area.
• Client billing and invoicing process.
• Dispense glasses prescription and contact lenses and helping patients through picking frames from the optical gallery.
• Great computer skills as required
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures, including patient privacy.
• Other duties may be assigned to you by management

Education and/or Experience Required

• BSc degree graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years works experience.
• Excellent level in written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Attention to details
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be an active listener
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient use of MS office suite

Salary

• N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
