Job Position: Customer Service Officer / Telemarketer

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

• Make inbound / outbound calls to potential customers and persuade them to purchase products or services
• Make retention calls to existing portfolio of borrowers
• Cold telephone calls to potential clients to book a portfolio / financial plan review with an investment advisor.
• Make retention calls to existing portfolio of borrowers
• Generate leads and close sales over the phone
• Inform prospects of promotions and relevant company information.
• Maximise on all opportunities to secure new business by providing account facilities to customers through the lead qualification process.
