Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Officer Recruitment at Parcel Exchange

Parcel Exchange is a real-time online trading platform and access to a large community of members where independent owner drivers, courier companies, forwarders, transport companies, retailers and online shops post their availability status on a minute-by-minute basis. The platform allows members to post available loads, journey information and real time vehicle availability status, the system then matches available vehicles (using location/size/availability) with the load requirement and instantly sends a notification via email or SMS to members.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Handle calls or other correspondences from clients and partners of PX.
• Respond to enquiries or bookings for delivery orders.
• Assign riders to clients who request for delivery services.
• Provide support and train customers and partners on the use of Parcel Exchange Member App and other application.
• Post delivery orders and enforce riders/carriers to complete the assigned orders on parcel exchange application.
• Educate prospective sellers on registration and how to sell on PX Stores.
• Prepare daily and monthly report of sales and expenses.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma Certificate (OND).
• Ability to communicate spoken and written well in English Language.
• Must reside in Ajao Estate and its Environs (Mafoluku, Oshodi, Isolo)

Salary
N30,000 - N50,000 monthly
