Job Position: Customer Service Representative (Debt Collections Agent)

Job Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Contacting & Interacting with Debtors via telephone.
• Collecting payment on debts.
• Plan course of action to recover owed money.
• Negotiating payoff deadlines and payment plans.
• Understanding reasons for late payment.
• Ensuring the resolution of delinquent accounts
• Tracking outstanding debts
• Provide debtors with needed information and support.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 1 - 2 years of work experience.
