We understand our clients needs and our experience and researches give us the ability to respond to your needs with up to date products. We also provide guidance to our first time moms. We offer products at amazing prices in line with the right quantity and quality.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers online via various platforms.
• Answer phone calls.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Acknowledging and resolving customers' complaints.
• Processing orders, forms and requests.
• Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handling order fulfillment by ensuring orders are delivered on time.
• Handling third party logistics.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Saturdays: 8:00am to 8:00pm
• Sundays: 12:00pm to 06:00pm.
• 6 Off days in a month.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 / month.
