We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative / Merchandiser
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Stock and replace products to avoid damages.
  • Attend to customer's inquiries and request
  • Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products.
  • Prepare store display and make sure products are accurately labelled.
  • Process customers order and payment in a timely and efficent manner.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND / NCE qualification
  • Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in a supermarket.
  • Excellent Customer facing skill.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Good communication skill.

Remuneration and Benefits
N72,000 Monthly plus HMO, Pension, 13th Month, Breakfast and Lunch.
