Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator to manage daily operations and create a welcoming experience for our clients at a coworking space. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact for clients, handle administrative duties, and ensure a seamless office environment.
Job Description
- The Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator will handle front desk operations, address client inquiries, manage bookings, oversee office supplies, and support a positive and efficient workspace. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors warmly, providing information on available services and options.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Help organize events, networking sessions, and workshops within the coworking space.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and keep track of daily financial transactions.
- Assist clients with memberships and bookings, ensuring a smooth process.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain and monitor office supplies; keep workspace areas organized and stocked.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility, report maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs.
- Assist the marketing team with content updates, social media posts, and community engagement activities.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification in customer service or office administration is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service, front office, or administrative roles.
- Experience in coworking spaces, shared offices, or hospitality environments is a plus.
Requirements:
- Strong time-management skills and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or special projects.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or invoicing processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Lagos and the Ikorodu area is beneficial.
