Job Position: Customer Support / Operations Executive

Job Description

• Help customers with complaints, Give information about services and products
• Your primary job is to attend to customers, keep proper official record and add value to the growth of the company.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / NCE in relevant fields with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
• You must reside close or within gwarinpa (Please take note).
• You be able to communicate via whatapp in flawless english.
• You must be willing work day or night shift.
• Clear communication skills, patience, Proficiency in English.
• Must know how to use a computer.
• Must know how to use social media.
• Must not be older than 27years.
• Able to apply basic principles.
• Ability to understand operations.
• Remember all official information.
• Problem-solving skills.

Salary
N30,000 monthly
