We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Data Analyst

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Roles

• Effectively booking conversion rates.
• Ensure the accuracy of predictive models for travel trends and demand forecasting.
• Understand factors attracting customer retention and strategies to it
• proactively identify business challenges and opportunities through data analysis, providing recommendations for improvement and growth.
• collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Independently lead or handle projects related to data analysis, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Adherence to data governance and compliance standards set by the organization
• Collect clean, datasets to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to improved decision-making processes.
• Maintain data roles, dashboards, and reports that effectively complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to emerging analytical techniques that enhance data analysis capabilities within the FMCG sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science field with proven experience of 2-4 years.
• professional certification will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL, Python, or R.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management, with the ability to independently lead or handle multiple projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
