We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Data Entry Officer

Job Location: Satelite, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

• Entry data into database software
• Scan documents and print filed when needed
• Keep information confidential
• Checking to ensure accuracy of data imputed
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
• Responding to information request from authorized members
• Testing new database systems and software updates
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various applications (Software)

Requirements

• SSCE; Additional certificate is an added advantage
• Work experience
• Requisite experience in MS office especially MS- Excel
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Prepare relevant reports as needed
