Job Position: Design / Creative Assistant (Fashion House)

Job Location: Agungi, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Research and develop design ideas from client briefs.
• Conduct consultations and interpret client needs.
• Create fashion illustrations (hand/digital – Adobe Illustrator, Procreate).
• Develop mood boards, design concepts, and job cards.
• Collaborate with production for seamless execution.
• Assist with fittings, trend forecasting, and seasonal collections.
• Maintain design archives and track global/local trends.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in bespoke fashion.
• Strong illustration skills (hand & digital).
• Excellent creativity, eye for detail, and fabric knowledge.
• Ability to translate client ideas into wearable designs.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
