Job Position: DevOps Engineer
Job Location: Nationwide
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Are you a DevOps Engineer, Do you understand the Software Development Lifecycle, have comprehensive knowledge of different automation tools to develop CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management?
• Then you are the right person to join our data team. You will be provisioning, operating, and managing our distributed application systems on our cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Automation, operations, provisioning, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based production systems in either AWS, Azure, GCP environments.
• Ensuring availability, performance, security, networking, and scalability of cloud production systems.
• System troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms.
• Provision of critical system security by leveraging best practices and prolific cloud security solutions.
• Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements.
• Experience with working in an Agile project environment is an advantage

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of professional industry experience
• Must have a solid knowledge of at least one of these infrastructures as Code tools: CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager
• Seeing through a DevOps process lifecycle from end-to-end
• Experience with infrastructure networking and security
• Nice to have experience with configuring Kubernetes
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced technical environment
• Energetic, motivated, and team player
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken
• Experience working remotely will be an added advantage
