PMChannel Rings Store is a registered & recognized one-stop store for Wedding, Engagement, Proposal, and Anniversary rings with team members in some states within & outside Nigeria. Our store always stays abreast with new ways to provide the best ring designs which don’t just distinguish you but accentuate her customer's fashion taste. 

Job Summary:

• Maximize the financial performance of the store; achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing, the online, and onsite sales activities.
• Create an emotional connection between PMChannel Rings Store and customers through engagement and communication during every shopping occasion in-store and online.
• Stocking inventory in cases when the store receives new merchandise and uploading product data to our e-commerce store.
• Work with our IT team in resolving and maintaining our e-commerce store.
• Create and develop content (Graphic, video, and word) for all social media platforms and our website.
• Be the first person and the last person that our customer interacts with during their experience in our store
• Assist with complimentary jewelry cleaning and gift wrapping the merchandise upon the client's request.
• Represent and demonstrate PMChannel’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
• Process sales invoices and special orders from our website and store.
• Follow up on customer pricing and customer delivery dates.
• Keep showroom presentable at all times.
• Assist with answering the phones at the store.
• Maintain a customer log for follow-ups such as future sales, birthdays, and anniversaries.
• Provide other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Special projects assigned as needed.

Job requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills required
• Knowledge of WordPress, social media management, and graphic design
• Strong attention to detail 
• Strong communication skills required
• Ability to multi-task
• Positive attitude
• Self-starter with strong time management skills required
• Punctuality is a must
• Honesty and Trustworthiness is a must
