Responsibilities

• Project and maintain the Brand's Vision, Values and Mission Statement.
• Be a reputable representative of SGTC.
• Manage the brand website after launch.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and team members
• Communicate with customers through various online channels.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Know our products inside and out so as to answer questions intelligently.
