Job Position: Digital Marketer / Digital Analyst
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Summary

• We are looking for someone who, first, understands the language of social and can speak it in an exciting way across multiple channels – Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc. On the back of that, we are looking for someone who is quite versed in developing and deploying campaigns using other digital channels like search, email, and paid channels.
• Essentially, you will be responsible for growing and overseeing all activities on our social media platforms. You will execute marketing strategies to help meet and exceed business goals.

What you will Do

• You will listen to our customers and social conversations to find out quick wins, trends we can capitalize on and gaps that we can fill on our social platforms.
• You will take over our current channels – Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., run with it and drive up the numbers of content/page engagement and audience/followers.
• You will work cross functionally with the learning, advisory, communications and product team to decide on content direction, create content calendars, create a content database, and execute marketing campaigns
• You will support the development of SEO, content marketing and email marketing strategies for programs and projects
• You will develop engaging digital content and assets including short-form and long-form content, simple graphics, videos, newsletters, decks, and blogs.
• You will measure and utilize data and analytics to drive decision making and advise social content, editorial and marketing decisions

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field but these subject areas may be helpful: Advertising, Media and Communications, Journalism, Marketing
• 1- 2 years of work experience and knowledge in communications, social media, or digital marketing, ideally in a corporate
• Excellent understanding of marketing workflows and KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience in copywriting and content writing for all media platforms, creating decks and reports.
• Ability to work independently and remotely to drive results.
• Ability to prioritize and work across multiple projects
• Ability to use different technology applications to execute work (Microsoft Teams, Office 365 tools, WordPress, Mailchimp, Calendly, Canva, no-code tools, etc).
• Experience working on various digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Experience and knowledge of the financial services sector is a plus.
• Photo and video-editing skills is a plus.

Location:

• We employ a hybrid style to work. You can work a few days at our office in Lekki Lagos and others remotely.

Compensation

• N130,000 - N150,000 net monthly salary, healthcare benefits and other perks to make work fun.
