Enterprise Metric Suite LLC is a performance management software firm. Responsible for the creation and deployment of a performance management software which seeks to link employees' daily activities with the strategic objectives of their organization, and monitor performance on the go.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Digital Marketer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects. Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Strong organization skills including planning and prioritization

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Able to multitask
