Job Position: Digital Marketer

Job Description

• Manage and build overall email marketing strategy.
• Create smart email lists and campaigns.
• Ensure website functionality and perform software updates.
• Ensure domain registration and hosting are current.
• Monitor, assess and report on website performance.
• Create and design various CTAs and email templates.
• Test every campaign's success.
• Determine email marketing KPIs.
• Develop and present reports on a weekly basis.
• Develop a lead generation strategy.
• Increase email subscriptions.
• Analyze data to get smart insights.
• Suggest methods for improvements.
• Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
• Develop and update products on the site.
• Build and maintain relationships with other internal teams members to ensure products and tools are fully operational.
• Keep up to date with online trends and practices.
• Understanding of digital online marketing ranging from SEO to social media marketing i.e Facebook marketing will be an advantage.

Requirements

• BA / B.Sc Degree in Management, Marketing or relevant field.
• Proven 2+ years of work experience with Email Marketing, Marketing Manager or a similar role in the Marketing Department.
• Ability to utilize marketing automation technology.
• Working knowledge of advanced email and digital marketing trends.
• Experience with email automation tools(e.g. Get response)
• Exceptional working knowledge on marketing communications includes advertising, promotions, sales, branding and online promotion.
• Great time-management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
• Proficient using marketing automation technology.
• Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends.
• Experience with email automation tools.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly
