Grip.ng was founded on October, 2021. The company ( an independent entity ) is among the fastest-growing Giftcard companies in West Africa. The company was introduced by Zabira Technologies as a means to oversee the non-crypto services of the business, which includes Giftcards, Sport Betting Refill, and Refill services (Bill settlement).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

• The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to.
• You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers.
• The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing our social media platforms
• Measure and give an accurate report on our marketing campaigns performance and assess against set goals
• Oversee all aspect of our digital marketing unit
• Identifying the latest digital trends and technologies affecting our industry
• Create strategies to improve on brand awareness and Trust
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing content
• Developing and monitoring of our digital campaigns and budgets
• Find and target audiences
• Brainstorm with members on new and creative growth strategies for the company
• Utilize strong analytical skills, knowledge and ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and customer touch point.

Requirement / Qualifications

• B.Sc in Marketing or any relevant field
• 7+ years of digital marketing experience with a track record
• Content creation skills
• Must be Tech savvy
• Have a good understanding of how marketing impacts goals
• Possess strong analytical skills and be data-driven
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Have an understanding of how digital/social media platform work.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 monthly.
