Job Description

• We’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated and creative UI/UX Design Intern to create exceptional user experiences for our web and mobile applications.
• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging designs using Figma.
• The ideal candidate should have experience working on multiple UI/UX projects and possess a refined sense of design and detail, particularly with web applications, including CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) functionalities.
• This is a four-month paid internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools. High level of proficiency in Figma is a MUST.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic and product design work.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience in designing digital products.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Understanding of current design trends and a passion for innovation
• Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
