Energy Efficiency Engineer
Job Summary
As an Energy Efficiency Engineer, your goal is to ensure energy cost savings for clients and reduce clients' carbon footprint.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy audits to inspect, survey, model, and analyze the primary energy flows (mechanical, electrical, and thermal) in existing residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Install, configure and test the smart energy meters and energy-saving equipment.
- Develop and present reports.
- Prepare energy-related project reports or related documentation.
- Participate in staff and personal training and research.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Either an HND, B.Tech, or B.Eng Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
- Must have basic electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems knowledge, and understanding of as-built drawings.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be safety conscious.
