We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: ERP Support Administrator

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Industry: Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Trouble shoot implementation related issues
• Ensure timely support is provided
• Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within the stipulated period of time.
• MIS reports analysis
• Consolidation of reports (group companies) analysis.

Requirements

• HND / Degree in Accounts or IT (Computers).
• 1-2 years experience using ERP Software, preferably in any type of manufacturing industry.
• Full knowledge of the various functions in the manufacturing industry
• Communication & Organisational skills
• Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users.
• Not limited to specific modules but ready to get trained on all modules in ERP and provide support accordingly.
