Job Position: Estate / Facility Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Qualifications and Experience

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have completed compulsory NYSC.
• Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant evidence based management experience.
• Strong and Very good customer service.
• Must have excellent Microsoft usage skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Ability to Multitask.
• Must possess strong and good character.
• Excellent and detailed at giving reports.
• Must be very responsible and be able to use his/her initiative.
• Must live on the Island.

Job Description

• Responsible for the day to day running of all affairs of the estate.
• Detailed daily reporting and sending of reports.
• Supervising security personnel in the estate.
• Supervising the estate cleaners within the estate.
• Supervising ongoing projects within the estate.
• Carrying out instructions from the estate executives.
