Job Summary
- We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO and operations in Nigeria.
- This role provides executive and administrative support to the CEO, including coordinating board meetings, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner, ensuring the smooth execution of critical responsibilities and acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external contacts.
- Success in this role requires exemplary organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Responsibilities
Key Areas of Responsibility include:
- Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with attention to detail.
- Drafting and reviewing correspondence, including emails and letters, in a time-sensitive manner.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications related to the CEO.
- Ensuring smooth coordination and preparation for board meetings and other high-level engagements.
- Handling expense reports, itineraries, and agendas efficiently to support seamless business operations.
- Building strong relationships with internal departments, board members, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and cooperation.
Key Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred (ie Business Administration)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting upper-level management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in digital tools and logistics management (preferred).
- Flexible, resourceful, and proactive, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to build relationships across networks.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and assertive, capable of working independently and effectively under pressure.
