Job Position: Executive Housekeeper
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Consistent communication with the front Office with respect to room moves,out of order rooms,etc
• Train and develop the staff to achieve high levels of productivity/high standard of customer service.
• Troubleshooting emergencies.
• Establish and maintain standard operation procedures for housekeeping
• Abreast of daily arrivals and departures to ensure guest expectations are met
