The CLEEN Foundation seeks to recruit highly resourceful and result oriented and dependable individuals for the following positions in its Lagos and Abuja offices:

Position:   Senior Program Officer

The successful candidate will report to the Deputy Executive Director and carry out assigned tasks in project development, fund raising, project implementation and evaluation.

Requirements


  • Minimum of a good first degree in Social sciences, humanities, law or related fields from a reputable university.
  • Ability to work well in an entrepreneurial, multicultural and multi-location organization
  • Ability to communicate clearty, respectfully and sensitively with colleagues, partners, beneficiaries and members of the public
  • Willingness to develop professional and personal skills necessary to perform assigned tasks as well as relocate if necessary for the job
  • Five years of program officer level of experience in the nonprofit sector or related fields
  • Demonstrable team-oriented personality and leadership skills
  • Proven project development, fund raising and project implementation skills
  • Exposure to the literature or to contemporary issues in plural policing, criminal justice reform, security sector govemance or social research methodology.


Position:  Deputy Executive Director

The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director and lead on Project development, fundraising and program management for the entire organization.
 

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Social sciences, humanities, law or related fields with strong social research background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and database management software
  • Minimum of five years of management level experience in the nonprofit sector, especially in an academic institution, policy think-tank, NGO or related organization.
  • Proven project development, fund raising and program management skills
  • Familiarity with the literature and contemporary issues in plural policing, criminal justice reform or security sector governance
  •  
  • Demonstrable team-oriented personality and strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in an entrepreneurial, multicultural and multi-location organization
  • Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully and sensitively with colleagues, partners, beneficiaries and members of the public
