We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Executive Recruiter
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are looking for a seasoned Executive Recruiter to handle senior-level hiring across our organization.
• This role requires discretion, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to source and close top executive talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive roles.
• Work closely with senior leaders to understand role requirements.
• Source and engage high-caliber candidates through targeted search and networking.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and present shortlists.
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination.
• Keep accurate records in the ATS and provide hiring updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years in recruitment, with 3 at least years focused on executive hiring.
• Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments, ideally tech or consumer goods.
• Strong sourcing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
• HR certification is an added advantage.
