Job Position: Facility Manager (Female)

Job Location: Orchid - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time, In-Office
Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day (flexible, with option to work Saturday instead of Friday)

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and organized Facility Manager to join our hospitality team.
• The successful candidate will ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences across our properties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly property reports
• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff
• Oversee cleaning reports and maintain high cleanliness standards
• Manage supplies and inventory.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preference: Female candidates residing on the Island, aged 27+ with 3+ years of experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties
• Proficient in report writing and basic office software
• Knowledge of hospitality maintenance and cleaning standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
