We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties
Typical duties include:

• Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, etc.
• Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
• Overseeing building projects and renovations.
• Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
• Managing maintenance and staffing budgets.
• Helping businesses relocate, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, B. Engineering or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in a related field, such in construction services,or construction project management is crucial.
• Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement.
• Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
