Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

• The Facility Manager will oversee the maintenance and operations of our state-of-the-art manufacturing and office facilities.
• This role is crucial to ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting our mission of innovation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's facilities, including manufacturing plants, office spaces, and surrounding grounds.
• Oversee facility operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise facility staff and ensure effective team performance.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and implement contingency plans.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and new projects.
• Manage the facility budget, including forecasting and cost control.
• Enhance facility sustainability practices in line with Possible EVs' commitment to environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
