Job Position: Factory Manager (Tailoring)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to oversee and streamline our tailoring operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the tailoring factory, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate the workflow and allocate tasks among tailors to meet production deadlines.
• Develop and implement efficient production processes and strategies to minimize waste.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are in excellent working condition.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout all stages of production.
• Train, mentor, and manage the performance of tailors to optimize skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with designers, production teams, and management to ensure seamless execution of garment designs.
• Enforce health and safety regulations within the factory.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a tailoring or garment production unit.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns, and tailoring techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of sewing machinery maintenance is a plus.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
