Job Description

• We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Factory Supervisor to join our team.
• As a key member of our production team, you'll oversee daily factory operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations to meet production targets
• Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of product quality
• Manage and motivate production staff to achieve optimal productivity
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and consumables
• Track production orders and ensure timely completion
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/HND qualification — we value both fresh talent and experienced hands.
• Good communication and clerical skills to work effectively with our team.
• Proven experience in factory supervision or production management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of production planning and control
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
