Job Position: Female Content Creator and Social Media Handler

Job Description

• A Content Creator develops various media, such as videos, articles, and graphics, for a target audience, while a Social Media Handler manages a company's social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, analyzing performance, and staying updated on trends to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• While distinct, the roles often overlap, especially in smaller teams, where a "Social Media Content Creator" may handle both the creation and management of content for a brand's social channels.

Responsibilities
Content Creator:

• Researching and generating creative ideas for content.
• Producing different types of content, including writing blog posts, creating videos, designing graphics, and producing e-books.
• Ensuring content is optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Collaborating with other teams to align content with marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Analyzing content performance and web traffic to measure success and inform future content strategies.

Skills:

• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with content creation software and tools.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and audience targeting.
• Ability to stay current with content trends and platform best practices.

Responsibilities
Social Media Handler:

• Developing and executing strategies for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content tailored to each platform and audience.
• Monitoring conversations, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a sense of community.
• Tracking social media performance using analytics tools to provide reports and insights.
• Identifying emerging social media trends and adapting strategies accordingly.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of different social media platforms and their features.
• Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong communication skills for engaging with online communities.
• Analytical skills to interpret social media data and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 4 years of work experience.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 / Month.
