Job Position: Female Human Resources Officer 

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Recruitment support: Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offer letters.
• Onboarding: New employee onboarding process implementation, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and setting up employee files.
• Employee relations: Providing support temployees on HR-related inquiries, complaints, and issues within capacity.
• Training and development: Coordinating training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
• HRIS management: Maintaining the company's HR information system (Odoo), including data entry, updating employee information, and generating reports.
• Benefits administration: Assisting with benefits enrollment, answering employee questions about benefits, and ensuring accurate payroll deductions.
• Support the promotion inclusion in the workplace in a bid treinforce Structured Groups’ position as an equal opportunity employer.
• Compliance: Monitoring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with at least  2 years of experience as a HR Officer.
• HR Certification is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
