Job Position: Female Lawyer
Job Location: Amuwo Odofin Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To prepare and review all of the documents that are signed at the closing of a real estate purchase.
• To liaise with client(s) on behalf of the company and to represent the buyer's and the company's interests at the end of the transaction.
• She must make sure proper procedures are followed during the acquisition or sale of property.
• Also should handle how a property is zoned for usage.
• And other jobs required.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 6 years of experience.
