Job Description

• A Boutique Sales Representative job description includes welcoming and assisting customers, providing in-depth product knowledge and styling advice, processing transactions, maintaining a visually appealing store, and managing inventory.
• Key responsibilities also involve contributing to social media promotion, meeting sales targets, and performing various retail duties to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Service:

• Greet customers with a warm and positive attitude.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized assistance and styling advice.
• Provide excellent, customer-focused service throughout the shopping experience.

Sales & Transactions:

• Educate customers about products, including their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Achieve sales goals or quotas set by the boutique.
• Operate the cash register, process payments accurately, and manage transaction documentation.

Merchandising & Store Maintenance:

• Assist in arranging and displaying merchandise to create an attractive and organized sales floor.
• Help with maintaining back stock and ensuring inventory levels are sufficient.
• Perform janitorial duties to keep the store clean and presentable.

Product & Market Expertise:

• Maintain a deep understanding of the boutique's products and updates.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities.

Social Media & Promotions:

• Assist in promoting the boutique and its products through social media platforms.
• Participate in and promote in-store events and promotions.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 / month.
